Appearance: With intense hazel eyes, a long curtain of dark hair and petite Asian features, Vivienne has the look that invokes the envy of many. For being so active, she is quite a petite young woman, standing at a modest 5'4" with a slender frame that curves in just the right places. She shows it off in fashionable clothing, hugging her frame nicely. She's always dressed for the occasion, be it a gallery opening or training. That's one thing she's very adamant about.

Personality: Unpredictable is the best term to describe Vivienne. She is fun, feisty and fiercely independent. She's not the kind of girl to let things pass her by, rather taking life by the lapels and going along for the ride. She's strong, vibrant and vivacious, and naturally curious. Vivienne is far from the shy sort, speaking her mind and making jokes whenever the mood strikes her.

Don't underestimate Vivienne though. She has no problem putting you in your place if you're wrong. She will admit to having a bit of a temper, but that's mostly because she's not one to let injustices go unpunished to or by anyone. She has a strong stubborn streak that can border on reckless. Vociferous by nature, she knows that most people are too scared to speak up and doesn't hold any qualms about doing it for you.

Special abilities/talents: Her strongest skills are the ones that come from her passion, not her power. Such as her love and talent for dancing, cooking, and music.

She's skilled in several forms of combat, knowing her way around a fight. Thanks to years of watching old Bruce Lee movies and new ones, she's a strong opponent.

Power(s): Adaptive memory. She sees something, be it muscular or a skill (such as chess, cards, speaking French, whatever), she automatically knows how to do it. Her body takes the strain though as it would with any normal person. She's taken years to train herself for a new skill. And of course, she has no control over what she sees and gets. However, her skills are limited to human ability, she can't mimic magic at all. So if you throw an energy ball at her, she can move out of the way pretty fast and probably knock you around, but can't go super speed or crush the ball in her hands

History: Vivienne Tate isn't your average girl. Not just because she's a witch, or her dynamic personality. Vivienne was unique because very early on, she learned what most people spent their lives looking for. The answer. That life isn't a rehearsal. You only get to live it once, and to never take a single breath for granted. That's how she lived her life.

When Vivienne was very young, her mother and father had the kind of marriage that most people only dream about. They were both powerful witches from the same coven and had five children, two sons, Vivienne, then two more daughters. They were all blissfully happy in their big, loud family, so colorful and full of life. Her family taught her to be the strong, independent woman that she was.

Then, the year that her youngest sister Jadyn was born, her father was killed. As witches, they knew the dangers, but never expected it to happen to them. Especially her father, the backbone of her family. She was devastated to say the least, but her mother wouldn't let her turn jaded because of this tragedy. She explained to her kids how lucky she was, how they had shared something with their father that no one else in the world was privileged enough to have.

Vivienne wasn't convinced. She was only seven at the time, but she got her big brother David Junior, or Juni, to summon their father. He was the one that explained. He finally understood. He said they were gifted, that they couldn't let that be wasted by blaming magic, life, or anything. He would miss them but was at peace. That the best thing they could do for their father was to go on, keep living, feel everything, and regret nothing.

It was then that Vivienne really got to thinking, understanding, really seeing. Her power had always made her different than everyone else. She saw delicate life, so fleeting, being taken away constantly. What could she do? She could make her father proud. She could be happy. She could be strong for him and help other people see that their lives were precious, use her power to make sure that everyone still had a chance to experience it.

She threw herself into witchcraft, loving every moment. She began to grow a little more wizened than her peers, always that quirky girl who liked to dance when it rained and never had any inhibitions. She never minded. She was in middle school when she elected to attend Magic School instead of regular school, knowing what she was going to do with her life.

It was rare and beautiful and she wanted the world to see how wonderful it could be. She wanted to be a part of making it so. So she became an artist. Her specialty was abstract art, seeing what others couldn't, making loveliness out of chaos. Art was something that didn't come from her ability. Vivienne wanted to be sure that when people saw her work, it was the painting they saw, not her power. It was raw emotion, interpretive. She grew to become a notable face in the art world as she grew older. By the time she was ready to graduate, she had been accepted with a full scholarship to Berkley's art program.

She juggled her life outside of magic as well as her Wiccan responsibilities. She never got too serious in relationships, never finding the right guy to tame her wild spirit. She didn't have great number of them, though quite the flirt. She could never bring herself to settle down, something that her siblings like to tease her for. Overall, she had a pretty good life, one that she didn't want to trade or change. Then tragedy struck again.

When Vivienne's younger sister Andrea graduated recently, she was attacked by a student at the school. Andrea was injured by Zeke, rendering her comatose. When she woke, she explained the situation to her sister. What Zeke was, how that happened. Now she's off to find the darklighter hybrid, strip him of his powers, or worst case scenario, kill him. She doesn't relish her kills at all, simply doing what she must. She's proactive, very feisty and a fighter by nature, a survivor. She's going to need it for the road ahead of her

Flaws: She's only human afterall. She can't leap tall buildings in a single bound just because she's seen it done.

She's got a soft spot for families, especially fathers and their daughters, it reminds her so much of herself. If you hurt someone, just hope there isn't a father crying nearby. Then it's unlikely you'll be able to stop her.

Vivy has an iron will that can be almost detrimental. She just doesn't stop until she's successful, even reckless with herself if she's close to getting what she wants. She's usually only like this about her demon hunting, but it's been known to flow into her personal life.
